- Browse by product type with the COLLARS & LEADS, HARNESSES, and CLOTHING links in the top menu.
- You can also shop directly from The Trend Report or by designer.
- Once you have found an item you like for your canine, choose the size and click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button on the product page.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ icon at the top of the page.
- Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can shop at PET-A-PAWTER without creating an account.
However, register with us to enjoy the following benefits:

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR MY CANINE?
We provide clear information on sizing on each product page under ‘SIZE GUIDE AND CHARTS’. If you are still unsure, please email our resident stylist firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If your order has not been prepared for dispatch (typically within 2 days of ordering), we can cancel an item, change the size, or edit your billing and shipping information. We are unable to combine orders or add to an exisiting order once it has been placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Making a return or exhange is easy. You have 14 days to decide whether to keep the items for your canine. Currently we only provide refunds in store credits, and exhanges are welcomed. Read Returns & Exchanges for more information. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?
All orders are processed in US dollars (USD). You can, however, switch the display currency from the US Dollar (USD), which is the default setting, to HK dollars (HKD). The currency selector is located on the top-left of this website.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Payments are processed securely with WorldPay, which accepts both Visa and MasterCard.
HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN TAXES AND DUTIES?
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country to get your order through customs. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local/destination’s customs office for more information.
